Returns
We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@phoenixgiselle.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Final sale items (including event tickets, custom orders, or digital downloads) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? We’re happy to exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to confirm item availability before returning.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
